We are proud to be an authorized Oregon installer of the new Spider Custom Installation System by Johns Manville. This insulation is formaldehyde-free and mold and mildew resistant. As a result it improves your indoor air quality and is a perfect solution for today’s environmentally conscious consumer. The system uses a water-soluble adhesive and binds directly to cavity surfaces without requiring the use of netting. Because it is blown in, it completely fills in all gaps and voids to provide you with superior thermal and acoustical performance and eliminates air pockets that could reduce your R-value. Also, Spider insulation sprays in almost dry (it has less moisture content than wood framing) and can greatly reduce the amount of time required for installation. Batts
Our main supplier of fiberglass batts is Johns Manville, a leading insulation manufacturer that provides formaldehyde-free products. Insulation with formaldehyde can cause off-gassing in the home, leading to nausea, watery eyes and asthma. Johns Manville uses an acrylic binder instead of formaldehyde, making your home a healthier environment for you and your family. is kraft faced batts which are ideal for moisture control in external walls. Blow-In
Johns Manville Climate Pro Blow In is a loose-fill fiberglass insulation designed for attics and hard-to-reach locations. It is installed by professionals using a large truck-mounted high volume production blowing wool machine providing a wide range of R-values. Unlike cellulose, it will not settle, decay, or provide food for animals or microbes. Climate Pro is formaldehyde-free, so it improves air quality. It is noncorrosive, noncombustible, controls sound, and will not rot or mildew.

Sprayfoam
We use low-density and high-density sprayfoam by Demilec. Sealection 500 is a low-density sprayfoam that is applied as a liquid, which expands and cures within seconds into a semi-rigid mass. This material reduces air leakage and minimizes energy losses. Sealection 500 is environmentally safe as it does not contain ozone depleting chemicals, asbestos, or formaldehyde.

Heatlok is a high-density sprayfoam made from a non-flammable, non ozone depleting blowing agent. It has exceptional air sealing and high R-values resulting in substantial heating and cooling costs.
